Hey @Snowie @Jynx @Eve7 today has been ok. I woke early again this morning with back spasms but thankfully after lots of tossing and turning I managed to find a somewhat comfy position and got back to sleep.

we went to a market today a couple of towns over which we use to visit a bit back in the day. It was all indoors in a purpose built building which was cool and it had all these rooms full of goodies to look through. Lots of vintage stuff. I found a Lego minifigure of the queen of hearts and an old ancient game of strategy from Africa. It looks cool with Little Rock’s.

the local Kmart had ‘low stock’ of the spiky mat so I managed to get one! Went and lay in bed on it this afternoon and fell asleep! It actually hurt to get up and was sore for 10mins after. But hoping it helps with my back.

I’ve hid about 20 mini ducks around my brothers place and he hasn’t found any yet. 😜

we had dinner round at my brothers place. Cottage pie. I hid some more ducks. And now we are back at our place to watch Lego masters. Starts tonight. D and I got to go watch one episode be recorded last year and we have been waiting with anticipation for it to be on tv.

it’s Monday tomorrow…. I keep losing track of what day it is. Do you have much on this week?

Wow, that would have been great, seeing lego masters being filmed. Hopefully you enjoyed watching it too.

I have psych on Thursday (telehealth). Did go see mum this morning. Hoping for a quiet week but probably won't work out that way.

@Snowie my brother has found 3 ducks and he accused my D. But we have all played dumb. Haha

gotta take my younger bro back to the airport tomorrow. And then hoping to catch up with a friend and maybe my cousin. But I need to message them cause our plans have changed. Sigh…. Sending messages quiet often feel like such huge tasks. I put it off. It shouldn’t be this hard.

we are currently at my brothers place. My brother is playing his pc game. Younger bro and D are playing uno. I’m watching farmer wants a wife from last night and mums on her phone. No idea what we are doing for the rest of the day.

im really struggling with a lot of body stuff. Thoughts. I hate being stuck in my body. Feels yuck. Sigh

What is it with these little ducks? They were selling them everywhere in Europe. I didn’t buy any as I was buying tea towels and fridge magnets.

I'm sorry about your body thoughts hon. Must be hard too with everyone always around. Have to act like everything is ok. Can be exhausting.

Just had Izzy to vet. Noticed her hopping this morning so they squeezed me in. Doesn't want to put any weight on one of her back legs. On meds now for at least 2 weeks. More expensive than the kids!!
