struggling today. Tired. Still feeling vulnerable after yesterday. I snapped at mum so feel bad about that- did apologise. Headachy. New SW irritating me.
I’ve got another follow up appointment at the hospital tomorrow. I’d really appreciate the support but absolutely don’t feel comfortable with new SW. no trust. So probably have to go alone. Or just not go.

I really need an early night. Last couple of nights have been late and then I crawl into bed and scroll for far too long and next minute it’s midnight.

Appt's. were straight forward @Bow She got blood tests too so hopefully they all come back ok.

I'm sure your mum will be ok hon. We all snap at people sometimes. I do it to H. You apologised so that's the main thing.

I guess all you can do is see how you feel in the morning as to if you go or not, especially if you're not comfortable with SW being there.

I do that too. Get in bed and stay on my phone for too long. I hope you get an early night tonight.

for the most part, yes I’m keeping warm although just climbed into a cold bed. Managed to get D into a movie I love and we sat up and watched it. We might be all a bit tired tomorrow but the connection was nice.

yeah will just see how I feel tomorrow and decide what she’s gonna do. She keeps saying she’ll do something but never does. This morning said that she would stop by this arvo. Nope. Not happening. Said she’ll be here tomorrow morning for a home visit- time will tell.

Aww no Kmart run @Jynx i really wanna go. Might see how I feel between my gp appointment and hospital appointments tomorrow. Might also check out tk max.

we watched the ‘has fallen’ series. Olympus has fallen, London has fallen, Angel has fallen. For whatever reason I love presidential movies and now so does she. We started watching designated survivor series last night.

family dramas yesterday which has left me feeling a bit vulnerable… oh and D’s big meltdown last night. And still trying to somehow adjust to all the changes in my supports

I at least had a semi supportive telehealth video call with my interim CM before she goes on leave from today. She absolutely let me vent my frustration about the change in my SW. she has no clue why they do this and basically expressed how stupid and harmful it is. I will perhaps see my interim interim CM on Thursday after my pdoc appointment.

think I have found a house sitter. Mums really been stressing about it.

just had a yummy beef stew for dinner…. With a side of chips. What about you?

I'm glad you could vent your frustrations @Bow Hopefully they listen to you about what is happening with your change in SW. I hope it helped get some of it out.

It will be good to see your psych on Thursday especially after the last few weeks of being sick.

That sounds yummy for tea. Had chicken pad thai for tea. D has been nagging me the last week to make it.

Yes, always lots of new stuff to check out in Kmart @Jynx I often see new stuff that people post online and I go looking for it and it’s not out yet at my local store.
tkmax is kinda a department store, but they have big name products at cheap prices. Always interesting to see what they have. Lotsa clothes and shoes.

yeah usually about plots or attempts to end the president. Attacks on the White House. I think I find it interesting to learn about how they all do stuff.

some relief would be fabulous. But it’s hard having to learn to trust someone new all over again. I am very hesitant. And made all that much harder when I don’t gel with her at all. It’s my old psychologist all over again.
