Just woke from a nap on the couch. My gp is calling me this afternoon. They are fully booked today, couldn’t even squeeze me in with another gp for a face to face. My ear is really blocked this morning which is annoying.

Hopefully your gp can help even if it's just over the phone. It doesn't sound like what you have is passing with time. Perhaps specific meds are needed.

I'm ok. Got to chemist early this morning so not many people around.

Have pdoc today but just a phone appt.

I hope your GP can help @Bow . I’ve had earache too waking me up at night but a lot better today.

Gp believes I have an upper and lower respiratory infection @Snowie @Eve7 I’ve got antibiotics and have to do a spit test and nasal swab 😳 and I’ll see her next week.
Just been down to the local gp clinic- not my gp, to get a pathology jar.. sent mum in cause I’m still in my pjs.

looks like I’m gonna miss my psychologist appointment tomorrow…. And my CM appointment 😩 I’m disappointed

Yeah had my pdoc appt. Wants to do a review of my meds. Blurted out a lot of things.

I really hope antibiotics kick in quick @Snowie im really over being sick. I’m frustrated. Today is the first day where I’ve literally done nothing but lay/sit on the couch. I’ve at least done Lego or craft, but today nothing.

I’ll call my psych tomorrow, maybe we could have a chat over the phone.

med reviews can be good yeah? I know with the majority of pdocs I’ve had they just tend to keep adding more meds, very rarely have they stopped any and as a result I’m on 7 different meds. Blurting stuff out is probably a good thing yeah?

Nothing wrong with a rest day hon. Both your body and mind must need it.

I'm on a lot of different meds. 7 too plus vitamins. I don't really want to just keep adding to them.

Good to blurt out things I guess, get them out, but worried what he would say/do.
