Sorry I haven't been around. Been helping H with some jobs. Has been quite tiring.

How has today gone for you? Are you feeling better?

Hey @Snowie no apologies needed! Hope you are resting up now.

im still sick. Was up a fair bit during the night coughing and a blocked nose. Makes it hard to sleep. Called and spoke with my psychologist and cancelled my appointment this morning. He told me to make sure I rest up.
I spent another day on the couch watching swat. Texts from my new SW, same responses from her about wanting to come check in with me but then nothing. Making it very very hard to build any trust or rapport with her. She’s off tomorrow and my other SW is back from camp and will be nice to hopefully hear from her. I have to go to the hospital and have some pathology done, so have to put some clothes on!

Sorry @tyme somehow pressed post before I wrote anything…. Haven’t really done much the last few days cause I’ve been sick with a cold or whatever. Just been on the couch, watching tv and doing art journaling. Did use my cricut for one page though!

oh dear @Bow thats not good still being sick hon. Sounds like you caught whatever is making the rounds. Spending the day on the couch was probably the best thing for you. Hopefully with resting it makes it go away a bit quicker.

Glad you were able to explain to your psych why you are cancelled though.

That must make it hard with building a new relationship with the SW. It must irritate you so much. It's not hard however, just do what you say you are going to do or at least respond so you know you haven't just been dismissed.

Hoping for you that you do hear from your other SW.

Haha, yes, putting clothes on can be hard work!! Hoping it goes ok and you're in and out quickly.

Yeah @Snowie my psychologist said there’s lots of stuff going around. Prefer to be sick now and get it over with before we go to tassie. It’s a long drive down to Melbourne when you’re feeling yuck.

yeah im finding it really hard to build any kind of relationship with her when she says one thing and does the other.

Building that relationship must be very hard. Is it something you can mention to the other SW if you see them tomorrow? Maybe they might be able to talk to them.

Day has been busy. Was out most of it helping H. Have to take mum up the street tomorrow. Will do it in the morning before it gets too busy.

Mum was a little bit sick when I started to feel unwell @Snowie but she really gets into the oils and takes better care of herself- I’m not so good at doing that. D is fine. She doesn’t get sick often. Maybe just once a year and she’s down and out for a good week usually. She probably just brings all the germs home from school and shares them!

yeah hopefully if I see my old SW tomorrow and she asks how the new one is going…. Hopefully I can feel ok to be honest? I struggle with criticism?

out early is always a good plan. Before it gets busy. Once you’ve finished with your mum can you chill then? I’m hoping to get out early too

yeah i got out early too. Did my pathology and sorted my appointment out and got some milk. D’s cereal was 1/2price at woolies too so stocked up on that. Was exhausted once I got home. Coughing a lot.

im not doing ok at the moment. Just stuff with my SW’s. Tired of just being a number. I won’t go into details cause I don’t have capacity to talk the right stuff. I’m safe and I’m gonna try keep myself busy with craft.

Good job @Bow for getting out early and getting everything done.

Always good when things are half price! I tend to stock up too.
