@Snowie Nah it’s just a cold/flu/virus whatever something along them lines. Rest, fluids and mums got me putting essential oils on my feet. She swears by it.

got some blue skies out the window at the moment. Had lots of rain the last couple of days and more to come.

Your to do list… things that can wait? What are you watching at the moment?

Never heard about oils on the feet but anything is worth a try.

Yeah my to do list can wait. I've done some washing this morning at least.

I'm watching a tv series called Lincoln Lawyer. On to season 4. They are meant to be bringing out a season 5 some time this year.

@Snowie my mum was heaps into essential oils years ago, not so much now, but she has a few go to oils and blends for certain things.

oh I’ve watched Lincoln lawyer and really enjoyed it! Hopefully season 5 is out this year. I’m currently watching SWAT on Netflix.

Never really got into essential oils @Bow I do have a lavender one that does help sometimes when I dissociate or wake up from a bad dream.

I do know one lady into them and swears by them. My thinking is they aren't going to make things worse so worth trying.

I am enjoying the Lincoln Lawyer. Don't think I've seen SWAT before. Will put it on my list of shows to watch.

Have you got much planned for the rest of the week or can you give yourself time to rest?

I like to use lavender in my room @Snowie in a diffuser.

just got my psychologist tomorrow morning. 9am. But I doubt I’ll get there. Don’t wanna share my germs and if I’m anything like this morning I’ll barely be able to talk. Maybe I could just write? lol

I've never used a diffuser @Bow but I can imagine it makes the room smell really nice.

Maybe you can just write hon and give it to him next week if you can't make tomorrow.

Got my psych tomorrow morning too but just via telehealth. I don't really like telehealth but I guess at least I can stay in my pj's!!

Rest of the week looks quite empty. Hoping it stays that way.

Feeling frustrated this afternoon @Snowie

New SW says she’s coming to do a quick check in face to face cause she is concerned, says she will head over now. 1/2hr later she says she is 10mins away. 25mins later she’s not coming and will see me before my psych appointment in the morning. I told her not to worry about it. But now I’m a ‘priority support’. Urgh

I had a bit of a nap on the couch and got woken up when mum got home.

im not a fan of Telehealth either, all my dietitian appointments are via zoom. Would much prefer face to face.
