i have a headache tonight. Stress. Can feel it in my neck and shoulders. Just don’t know how I keep doing this. There has got to be something so very wrong with me. Nothing is ever easy. Feel like there is always something going wrong and constantly fighting for what I really need. My SW is away now for a week so I have to deal with my new one.

mum cooked some nice soup tonight. What are you having?

There is ALOT wrong with our mental health system and how it works/runs.

I do agree that nothing is never easy or at least it feels that way. It must feel like there is a constant fight with supports and also that internal battle within.

Soup is always yummy, especially home made soup.

We had tacos for tea with all the trimmings!

Yeah there is always something going wrong @Snowie at least that’s how it feels. It’s exhausting.

I didn’t wanna go out again, but I ducked down to the shop to get some Turkish bread to have with our soup.

we started booking things for our trip to tassie. Mums just booked the spirit. I booked accommodation in Tas. And I’m just looking at accommodation for one night half way to Melbourne. Too much to do the drive in one day so splitting it up. And then mum caught me looking at bookshops on the way 😂😂😂😂

It certainly does feel that way @Bow Something always going wrong. Feels too like we don't have any power over it too.

Ohh turkish bread sounds yummy with soup.

I like the idea of finding bookstores along the way. Like what D did when we went to Adelaide.
