Absolutely @Snowie i have no issue taking her out of school. Apart from precious time with family, I think travel is so valuable. Our first trip to the UK was during the school term, and I had to fill in this multiple page document to seek ‘approval’ to take her out of school. I initially thought can they actually stop us from going??? Approval was obviously given. But it was such a good thing for her. She gained so much confidence. Like she would hardly say a word to people, even friends we’ve known for ages. People noticed the difference when we got back. Not sure if this school will be the same with needing to fill out the paperwork.
I think I will at least write down in point form all the things that have happened and want to talk about.
I love spaghetti bolognese… but D won’t eat the bolognese… fussy pants and mum won’t … or can’t/ shouldn’t cause of her Crohn’s disease. So we don’t really eat it 😞
cause we didn’t do the groceries yesterday, I didn’t have any ham for D’s lunch today. Her options were fairy bread, vegemite sandwich or cheese sandwich. She didn’t want any of them… melt down. I dug out a thermos and asked if she would have noodles. She was very keen for that. I asked her this arvo how they were…. Apparently she could taste the stainless steel from the thermos 🤷🏼♀️😳 and asked next time if I could put the cardboard cup inside the thermos 😳😩 at least I got her the right tomato sauce and green cordial from Aldi today!! 😂
