@Bow , I'm a bit shocked at the whole idea. Id be interested to know the chapter and verse in the bible that leans towards this because I'm confuzzled at it.

It's horrible if it's true. Hence I want to know more about it.

Or some ppl just talk stuff and relate it to Christianity when it's far from it. So I'm careful. Unless I'm given a chapter a verse both in the old and new testament, I don't take it a gospel truth.

Just a quick google search @tyme but my pastors spoke about it with me, and also the Christian rehab place I spent a lot of time at also spoke about it… I guess looking at the section on sexual misconduct inparticular. I believe it’s also part of why I, not necessarily what the church preaches and stuff, but why you save yourself for marriage. Otherwise you sleep around with everyone and have all these ties with these people….

An abuser is ‘choosing’ to abuse. And then it’s the victim that is stuck with alllllllll these ties consequences of their actions.
