I won’t try be trying again @Jynx just had a whole nother layer of trauma added. I did everything I could to make it a success. Not again.

the psychiatrist yesterday said he could organise outpatient ECT for me. I explained that my comm mh pdoc said the books were closed. He said no he could sort it.

and then when the shit all hit the fan and I asked the registrar about outpatient- she was there when the pdoc said he could do it, she said no. Not possible. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️😩 the registrar did like me in the end. Prob not use to a MH patient questioning them. Making a fuss. I think a lot of people either just submit or are involuntary

Bed was definitely comfy @Snowie but I was very restless. Woke up a heck of a lot.

today I lazed on the couch for ages and enjoyed a can of V. I unpacked and put most of my junk away. Got a couple of piles of stuff still on my bed. Ran out of go. Made sushi with D for lunch. Caught up on some tv shows- hospital wifi and my own phone reception is terrible in hospital. And now I am building some Lego. Mum bought herself the new Ford T model car. My pop had one. It’s a different build that’s for sure.

my SW is away today. I didn’t know she was off. The psw offered to come visit. But I didn’t feel like it. Not with her. Feeling vulnerable. Heard nothing from my CM.

I spent this morning getting a new tattoo. Probably can't post a photo as the guy that did it posts his work on social media.

my CM called late this arvo. She was disappointed that none of the issues could be resolved.. I have an appointment next Wednesday to go see her. She reminded me to call over the weekend if I needed to.

only got 2 bags of Lego left. It’s been an interesting build.

Have to go pick up mum on Sunday. She spent some time with her sister. Just a nice 4 hour round trip 😏

me… nothing much on. May of enquired about a piece of furniture on marketplace. Might be going to see my bro if his partner is working. Oh and then a friend that we do markets with is coming over in the afternoon. Urgh. More on than I thought. My SW is suppose to be working Sunday apparently- she musta picked up an extra Sunday shift cause I have them all in my phone and she did Sunday last weekend I think

I should probably try and have a shower too and wash my hair. Been way too long and my head is itchy.

So hard at times to have a shower and wash hair. Does feel nice afterwards.

I don't find tatts hurt that much. I actually don't mind the pain and can zone out.

If it was a piercing, needle then I'd be running in the opposite direction!!

@Bow will your psychiatrist be able to advocate for you or has the whole thing just been shut down by this registrar now?
