I don’t even know who my pdoc is at the moment @Jynx!! No idea at all. I need someone who can write my stimulant med scripts and currently there is no one..
I’ll see my CM next week and I guess discuss from there.

I don’t know if I said… but a nurse tried to give me that med at 5:30pm! I told her unless you want me up all night, no thanks.

Oh I could never pierce myself. It took me long enough to get my 2nd ear lobes done and was so scared!!

It's funny how different people can stand different things.

Yes totally get you @Snowie I have friends with many many tattoos who talk about how cathartic it can be. Same with piercings - like temporary or 'play' piercings are a thing too. I think it must release a lot of endorphins haha.

I'm chugging along alright, not many adventures of late, unless perhaps you count culinary? Made some stock from scratch and been making soups. Spanish stew next week. Or a Guinness stew, haven't decided yet!

I can do tattoo pain @Jynx but not piercing pain. I almost zone out. Have fallen asleep before when getting a tattoo!!

Soups and stews sound yummy, especially with it getting colder.

Ice helps when I dissociate @Jynx but doesn't give me the same sort of sensation I get from pain. I have some fidget toys that I hold in my hands so I can feel pain. I guess it helps with the thoughts of SH without actually doing it.
