I've had my suitcase lost before. I think 4 days later I got it! Hopefully she doesn't have to wait too long.

Ohh I love PA. Glad you got some new PJ's for hospital. Should look on their website to see what is on sale.

Glad your old SW visited. I know you connect with her really easily.

Mums home now @Snowie she had lots of delays. Delayed leaving Devonport cause of bad weather in Melbourne affecting planes coming into devonport. Then she had to run to her flight in Melbourne only for it to be delayed due to mechanical issues. No suitcase. Then issues with trains. And then I didn’t hear her text message and left her waiting for 20mins! 😂

And now she is yaking to my brother and I can’t hear the news!

oh dear @Bow sounds like quite a trip home for you mum.

Glad she is home safe no for both of you.

Have to go see mum in the morning. Will have a cuppa with her, keep her happy.

Other than that I'm hoping just a day at home.

It sounds like things with your new psychologist are going quite well! I am so glad he was able to offer some reflections and encouragement, especiallly around writing things down - I can see that really resonated.

Or some might call it 'hobbit-core' hahaha

Winter is my fav. Snuggles and soup weather! No sweaty-sticky. No dry eyes from blasting air-con. No sunburn. I can use my weighted blanket, have hot porridge for brekky, and keep my tealight candles burning to help make my space feel extra cosy!

my Sunday has mostly been pretty chilled. Did some washing. Was going to go to bunnings but that just didn’t happen. Watched some tv with mum- she got back yesterday. Been sitting with a rollercoaster of emotions and thoughts for the majority of the day though.

Chill day for me today, dishes and laundry, hmph.

I think so @Jynx like feeling like I need to put my mask back on all the time now, but no she kinda knows I’ve been struggling- at least before she left she did, but does she remember? 2 weeks to get through until I can do an admission, is that a good or bad thing? I know I need it. How do I tell daughter? Had that all too familiar moment of being totally overstimulated… tv on, I’m trying to do something, mum is talking, D is talking, lounge is a total mess and inside I am screaming to shut up.
