My Mosaic

Realised tonight how isolated and alone I have been this week. All my own fault. I went and got some groceries and my meds Monday. That’s the last time I left the house.

Sure I do @tyme but whether I have capacity is the key I guess.

im just noting down a few other things that I have noticed this week. I have a pdoc appointment on Monday- maybe it would be helpful for him to know?

From your post, I feel like something as shifted. It's a different type of post. It's put a smile on my face actually.

I see glimmers of hope, and that's priceless.

Noting down things is always a start. It reduces the cognitive load when it's emotionally really hard. I'm guessing that seeing a new psych can really take its toll.

Keep going @Bow . Only YOU can do this. I believe in you. Something HAS to break the cycle, and it isn't dependant on anyone but yourself.

Believe in yourself hun. You deserve so much that life has to offer.

That's okay. I did that for one of my courses too! It was only 8 units long, but it took 4-5 years!!!

I read your post in another thread about your past work. It's the first time I've read about this part of your life.

I really wanted to highlight that I can't help but sense a 'shift' last night and today. It's hard to explain, but something is 'different' 🙂

Things have been challenging on my part, so it's good to get refreshed when I'm on the forums.

I'm looking into getting a 3D puzzle thing. I was talking to Captain about it and they posted some of them. I think you've made some before too?
