As for Highway patrol. I love watching that show. I often laugh at some of the stupidities. But then again, I've learnt there's a law for everything you do, and you can be fined for it.

The other thing that keeps me amused is that so many of those episodes are filmed very very close to me - like... in the same neighbourhood lol.

Between you and me (and I guess the whole community), I was once fined by one of those peeps from Highway patrol. Thank God I'm not on the show!

And some Big Kudos for managing to call your SW when you needed to, I know how hard that can be. Love what your dietitian has said about self-care. And I will echo what others have said about not needing to make a decision right now - it's okay to take time to process, assess, and reassess, so you can find the path that best suits your needs 💜

It is a good show for a laugh eh @tyme funny what people think they can get away with. Lie upon lie. And yep so many laws that we perhaps don’t know about.

ive only ever got one ticket… new driver, didn’t realise a red light camera was also a speed camera, so i sped up to get through the light in time and got flashed!
my first day on the job as a case manager and was on my way out to meet one of my foster carers and I got randomly pulled over. Was just a rbt but boy did it scare! Wasn’t, didn’t do anything wrong, but to be randomly pulled over on my first day!

Hey @Snowie thanks not long got home. We talked a fair bit about an admission. Went over the pros and cons. She’s asked me to keep thinking about it- instead of trying to avoid it cause I don’t want it but know that I need it.

Good to hear your appt. went ok. Looking at the pros and cons does sound like a good idea.

Sometimes what we need and what we can do are very far apart.

At the same time, you want it to be your choice whether you do an admission or not.
