tomorrow I am suppose to see my CM and then in the afternoon I gotta go get all wired and hooked up for a sleep study

I am astounded at the amount of commitment shown by some parents @Bow I don’t know how some of them keep up .

Have you ever had a sleep study before? I’ve never had one but my watch tells me every morning I don’t sleep well.

Yeah, I have a friend, her daughter runs and her son does basketball @Eve7 always traveling in different directs at the same time.

no, first time doing a sleep study. Had the choice to do it at the hospital or get wired up and go home. Told him he wouldn’t get much data if I did it at hospital. Don’t know how well I’ll sleep at home even with all that stuff on me.

As for psychiatric triage, there is a different number for each area. This means, depending on where you live and what region you are linked to, there is a different number to call.

Would your mum have the number on hand? Or is it on your safety plan?
