yeah pretty rough week and it ain’t over

My day consisted of washing my sheets but I haven’t put them back on my bed yet. I will do that soon.

I had a training session for some young kids who are competing on Friday night and I did some uni work.

it was really hot here today and the forecasted rain has failed to appear as yet.

Yeah I’m home @tyme although probably shouldn’t be… my SW thinks I should be elsewhere. She’s encouraging me to go in. But I don’t know if I’ll make that decision. She did a home visit yesterday and I was shut down. Dissociating a lot. Seen her today again. It’s hard. I’m tired. Sorry

I enjoy coaching but sometimes I get really anxious so that is something that needs managing. The kids are really keen and highly motivated which keeps me on my toes. They have motivated parents too which can be interesting.
