i had an appointment with my CM this morning and then my SW came and did a home visit. Posted about both. Fairly crappy. I’m not doing ok, not in a good place. Everything is hard and challenging

I'm sorry how hard it is and that you know you need the additional support, but it is considering how, what, when etc.

When you saw your SW, did they let you know who you can call if you needed something tonight?

Thanks @tyme im really not feeling strong at all. There is other stuff going on that I just don’t say, don’t tell anyone. It’s just too much.

I know that I can call comm mh until 10pm that has its challenges though. So just to be safe I have crawled into bed.

I’ve thought of some words some stuff I could text to my SW but just don’t have it in me tonight so I will try do it tomorrow. Ideally I just need to get through next week.

Just wanna share a phrase that has helped me many times - 'You are not the voices in your head'. Just because we have these awful, mean, distressing, or downright disgusting thoughts, doesn't mean we are awful or disgusting. If you feel a reaction to the thought in your gut, that tells more about who you really are.

Sorry things have been rough for you @Bow - getting messed around w appointments and also finally offered a psych, but getting a choice between two males... Really sours things hey. I hope they can see that it's necessary for your needs, and don't take you off or move you down the waitlist 🤞
