I just buy a box of sachets from woolies. It’s the nicest and cheapest. I actually like McDonald’s chai. Both hot and cold. I do not like a chai teabag.

It was very uncomfortable @Snowie! She actually disappeared towards the end. Glad D started nagging to go home cause she was hungry!

we had a hot night last night, we have ducted, which is really nice. First time we’ve ever had it. But I turn the air on in the bedrooms a little bit before we go to bed and then put a timer on for a couple of hours. Last night I also had my ceiling fan on and also a pedestal fan! I like to be cold so I can snuggle down under the covers.
much cooler here today though.

not sure I could take anything. Perhaps I could try. A flare up is probably good given I’m having this procedure done next week.
