(although my dog seems to think I have forgotten her, and she wants dinner.. but its still 20min until usual dinner time! She is nosing at my laptop and nearly closed it and knocked it off the armrest.)

Yep @Snowie kinda just gotta let the days pass by. Not much can be done. No one can change anything. Just gotta not do stupid stuff

glad mil is doing better. Hope dinner is ok. Eat fast

My old cat use to nudge my laptop. Cats will nudge the phone. Give me attention. My cat Groot will sit and just stare at me… it’s like… *b* fed me. But he would never say it like that cause he is the sweetest boy, but just the look…

It’s a crap place to be stuck in @AuntGlow trauma anniversaries suck, they roll around every year and ya think…. Hope that it will be a bit easier, but it never is. It hurts, it’s hard, it’s confronting every single year. My old psych was useless and I made no progress in working through it and now I don’t have a psych. My SW has been away. My CM, well, who knows. So here I am just wanting to disappear.

Don’t know what will help me feel safer. Sorry . Maybe that would help… I don’t know. I’m sorry. Don’t want to be a bother or too much work
