@Eve7 I can't really talk much about what is going on. I will get into trouble. Done things that I shouldn't.

Appointment this morning was not much help, guess it doesn't help that I am so evasive and guarded with what I tell them. Too scared that the truth will land me back in hospital.

It can be hard sometimes to open up with mh team @Bow I just spent nearly 2 weeks in hospital for being honest and reaching out but it’s been helpful I think.

We can’t really open up on here due to guidelines but if you need help please reach out. I find the SANE chat to be excellent.

I'm safe and ok. But did some things last night that warranted help being called. I've been admitted to a medical ward for observation and monitoring of my electrolytes as they have been low again.
