I really hope your time off is fruitful @Jynx and that you get much rest in as well as all those annoying adulting tasks done. lotsa dancing, sun baking, kitty cuddles, barefoot running, midnight Kmart runs, cleaning and tidying and make space to be creative, cooking and hanging out with your peeps and lotsa sleep and just chilling.

but please make sure you come back! I’ll be waiting at the door ready to hug tackle ya to the ground and ask a million questions.

Not feeling ok tonight and not feeling ok about my pdoc appointment tomorrow morning

I'm ok thanks @Bow Haven't really had time to think today, been in and out of the house.

Just cooked tea and now on the couch until bed.

I have a pdoc appointment tomorrow. CM and SW both away or not available. SW said she would organise someone else to support me for the appointment, but will be a casual. Really needed my SW’s support and backing regarding my psychologist going on leave and them not replacing her and being without therapy. Not sure how I’m going to go.
She said she’d organise for someone to call me today too to check in on me. Didn’t happen. Really rely on them calls most days.

Oh hon, that sounds like a complete and utter mess. I can understand why it is so hard for you. You deserve all that support and even more. I know when my psych went on leave it was hard. At least I had a return date. It sounds like you don't even have that.

With your pdoc appt tomorrow, having just 'someone' there instead of your SW would be hard. Very uncomfortable talking to someone you've never meet before.

I struggle too if someone says they are going to do something and then don't. It's like you wait around for that phone call and then nothing. Makes you feel like they don't care.

I know I can say that you will have us here, but I know that can never replace your psych. Really not the same thing. You rely on them.
