Good morning @Snowie and thank you.
I see my psychologist this morning and then I need to take my daughter to the doctor. Her covid test came back late last night so can finally get her checked. She's still coughing heaps and has had a temp over night again.

Sorry to hear D is still sick @Bow I hope everything comes back clear and she is on the mend soon.

Have a psych appointment tomorrow which is good because I've got a lot I need to get out of my head.

Got my food shopping done. Took dog to the vet for her immunisation too.

Just having a rest on the couch with a cuppa.

my days has been okish. psych appointment went ok. finally sat down and started delving into the things that i originally wanted to start dealing with in the first place. it was a welcome break from talking about my ED. i have some more home work to do which will be interesting.

also took daughter to doctor, shes on antibiotics. poor thing had a massive coughing fit when in there and then threw up. seems ok now though.

I emailed this professor over 2 weeks ago, asking if she would see me on an ongoing basis and never heard back. I didn't have any contact number for her so called a few different places and didn't get anywhere. Was at a real loss as to what to do and getting desperate as I continue to really struggle with this beast.

I hate being a nuisance and wanted to email her again just incase she missed my original email but how do I kindly and politely say did you miss my email?

Anyways, I emailed her again just 'following up from my previous email' and she almost immediately emailed back apologising for missing my email and offering me an appointment for a couple of weeks time! It's via zoom again (which is annoying!) but she will review me and discuss therapy options.

im really struggling at the moment, with covid restrictions increasing around Sydney it makes my ED rather angry, but I won't go into details, too highly moderated, but I am really struggling as a result and sh because of it- it had been such a long time since I had done that and am feeling really annoyed with myself. I'm ok.
