Why do community mental health even exist? They came to see me a little bit ago. They ask me a few questions. Sleep, eating, sh, si. I said all are a struggle, I have many thoughts of sh. They just make some notes, ask if I will call if needed and they would see if they could help. I won't call because they don't help. They are a complete waste of time. I told them I don't see any of my supports for weeks... my psychologist for a month. I didn't ask for them to come out, it was a condition of discharge. They called Friday to check in and when I said I'm still struggling with sh they wanted to come see me. They were here for literally a couple of minutes.
don't know why I bother. I'm so tired of fighting this fight. I'm so weary. Feel so broken inside. Wish to do the inevitable
