I'm not doing so well. Didn't have a good appointment with psychatrist today and because I am struggling, it is difficult for me to open up.

That's pretty cool that you can say there's 'no work' lol. Isn't work always there?
As unmotivating uni is for you at this time, is there anything you NEED to do for it?
For me, the uni work is always there. I motivate myself by setting a small goal then treating myself. eg if I complete a reading by a certain time, I get to go out for a brisk walk.
It works for me. So I guess it's about finding things that work for you.

I need to do my assignments which were due yesterday and its done now so that's okay
I could catch up on some workshop exercises but its not urgent - I'm telling you my friend - the uni really don't care. They just copy content and answers from the internet. Makes me wonder what the point was.

Frustrating. Who wants to get up early just for show. I am not sure of your exact field, but when I was in govt there was always a backlog. The world has changed a heap since then.
