Checking In
Hi,
I'm not doing so well. Didn't have a good appointment with psychatrist today and because I am struggling, it is difficult for me to open up.

If that is how he treated you in the short term @oceangirl, I have no doubt it would be progressively much more hurtful. He sounds like he has issues to deal with that are not workable with a strong and loving relationship based on mutual respect. Good on you for walking away.

I'm still not feeling good and I don't like to dwell on things.
I was doing quite well until about Friday last week.
Does anyone experience constant nausea with anxiety?

@Bunniekins Hope you're doing well. I am sorry to hear about your anxiety and meds and how it affects you. I slept for close to 12 hours last night and that seem to make me feel worse. I am going to try eat something soon for dinner.

@oceangirl eating something warm and wholesome sounds could help with the anxiety. Can you make yourself a hot chocolate or a cup of herbal tea?

@TAB I've had anxiety for a while but never experienced nausea like this, however I did have surgery on my stomach in 2019. Most likely combination of things. Our bodies change has we age too and stress can causes different responses. Might be because I am worrying too much and I guess that cause the nausea feeling and then I don't feel like drinking much and probably dehydrated (midly).
Hope you get answers when you see the blood dr - be careful Tab re covid meds.
