my day has been ok, although feeling frustrated with my lack of motivation and energy in the afternoon. I slept a bit better last night after takin the extra sleepers, but can’t rely on them for long.

Hey @Former-Member Have had way too much to deal with and way too much to do this week - just a continuation of those gone before. Reports done though as well as everything else we needed to do this week - Friday afternoon could not come quickly enough! Took Tobes for a drive today to visit my parents and sister - it is the first time I have seen my sister since she lost her cat ...I haven't been able to talk to her either - just could not handle the added grief. So whilst I am not doing well - I am still here - so I suppose that is a bonus.

hows the weather today the weather is rainining tonight after a humid afternoon,my emotional weather is getting better with time and losts of rest also heaps of patience from loved ones which is much needed,Im feeling cared for and listened to,its really pouring rain now outside,weve been having a few very warm days over the last wek or so and we need the rain,I just cant stand storms which weve had a bit of as well

It was rainy, but the rain stopped like an hour ago. Now it's overcast, but stable.

I don't know why I didn't go to my cafe for a drink when it stopped raining, but they close in ten minutes, so I will probably head to the library, and a cafe about twenty minutes' walk from here. It gives me an excuse to finish my library book.
