Thank you for your message that I inspire you, I feel anything but inspiring at the best of times xox
I hope to continue to walk daily, I need to for a multitude of reasons. I find it is the most helpful for my mh, so by voicing it here I hope it keeps me accountable. If anyone wants to join me virtually I would LOVE that. I go at 7am on my own and then again after dinner with my boy 🙂

🤔 got me thinking @Anastasia They do say a good walk daily is as effective as an antidepressant. Just need motivation, or a Giant crowbar lol

100% better than meds, just difficult to find the motivation to begin with 😞
I love Dort too, it is pretty much how my brain works (or doesn't mostly hehehe)

Some mornings are certainly harder than others. Even if it’s a shorter walk and then a sit by the lake for a bit- which is what I did this morning, had to get out.

Hey @Anastasia hope you managed a walk this morning and are doing ok?
just back from mine. Sun in shining here but there are some clouds about. I’m anxiously waiting for magpie season to be over with. I have to walk along a fence line and through some bushes to dodge their stopping at the moment. Pointed a stick at one above me this morning as he was following me. His beady eyes looking at me I told him to p*** off I’m not going to hurt you- he then flew away! They scare me- got hit by one on the side of the face a couple of months back.

I agree they are scary. I've only come across a family of them once and thankfully they left me alone 😁
It's day for, 7 in total. It's already made a HUGE difference. My boy came with me this morning 🙂🙂🙂
