I've lost all my Work Hours (all Shifts) this week - Punitive Behaviour, by an employer.

@Adge I read your worry room post and quite frankly was disgusted in your employers behaviour and expectations. You don't need that added shite on top of everything else. Very much feeling for you

I can't give you 3 reasons Hon but I can give you one - I love having you here and as selfish as that is I would very much miss you @Former-Member I do know that darkness though and having anniversaries that leave us wondering why we are still here when others aren't. It is beyond hard Sometimes I think that living is for those that care about us - it does not often help but once I get through that anniversary day it feels just a little easier - not perfect and not ideal but a little easier. Nothing can bring back those we have lost and for you that is so much harder being your beautiful girl but keeping alive her memory is important also and you can do that by celebrating the time you had with her - it might be a cliche but I personally think that is important.

It doesn't matter how right or wrong we are in our thoughts @Former-Member what matters is how much you are suffering right now and I do wish I could take just a little (or all) of that away from you. We never stop missing those we have lost nor do we ever stop thinking about them. You were blessed to have your girl in your life but I know you would give anything to still have her with you - I am so very, very sorry you do not have that Life is so unfair having lost her but throughout you have gotten through - that pain will never go away but I also know you are strong and resilient - you have had to be with everything you have gone through. I really do admire you Hon

Get yourself ready for bed, sleep through the worst of the night and tackle tomorrow when it comes. I will be at work but will very much be thinking of you tomorrow ...you got this EOR, even if you do not feel that under this immense grief, I believe in you.
