(major trigger warning)
My perpetrator got release from jail yesterday.
I tried to suicide following the news.
I can't deal with him being in the streets. I don't want him to find me.

It's good here and it's helping. I'm slowly getting back on track and trying really hard.
Really glad to hear this 🙂

Though..this morning I'm really triggered and anxious. Idk how to go to staff about it.
I have my victims of crime compensation hearing with the commissioner this morning. I'm so anxious and triggered. Thinking of all the ways my life was ruined by the 'assault' and stuff. It makes me wanna die.... but I'm safe and will be safe...it's just trying thoughts.
This sounds like a very stressful event...no wonder you are feeling triggered. Sitting with you as you go through this, and wishing strength and all you need for it... ![]()

Well done @The-red-centaur for getting through it 🙂
I'm glad you will be receiving compensation, but more importantly, the closure I hope.
Thanks for letting us know 🙂

I'm not sure if I can be safe tonight. Staff don't seem to care. I'm so close to hurting myself.
I'm off home tomorrow so it really doesn't matter if I get kicked out it not.
