My perpetrator got release from jail yesterday.
I tried to suicide following the news.
I can't deal with him being in the streets. I don't want him to find me.

I was gonna spend this week off the forums while I was here..but I thought I'd just check in. Thanks for the kind wishes before too.
It's good here and it's helping. I'm slowly getting back on track and trying really hard.
Though..this morning I'm really triggered and anxious. Idk how to go to staff about it.
I have my victims of crime compensation hearing with the commissioner this morning. I'm so anxious and triggered. Thinking of all the ways my life was ruined by the 'assault' and stuff. It makes me wanna die.... but I'm safe and will be safe...it's just trying thoughts.
