My perpetrator got release from jail yesterday.

I tried to suicide following the news.

I can't deal with him being in the streets. I don't want him to find me.

@BlueBay @NatureLover I'm having a meeting with staff at 9. I'll tell them my plans, it won't change anything though.
I spoke to scbs during the night and finally slept a few hours for the first time since Tuesday.
I'm sorry for how I am. I'm not worth your support, really this centaur isnt. I don't feel real.
I feel pathetic and like I'm a complete failure. I'm worth nothing else than to be hurt or used by everyone.

If you haven't slept since Tuesday, no wonder you are feeling horrendous...I'm glad you got a few hours last night...I'm hoping you can go to your friend's place and just sleep for ages...
