I'm glad you have that smart watch. Concerned about your breathing though...does the calming med usually slow your breathing down?

Please do take care sweetie. Your pulse rate is very high. Mine gets very high as well, almost always over 120 bpm, despite being quite fit. The Dr always comments about it being very high, but puts it down to anxiety. Yeah great! Do what you can to prevent a full blown panick attack. And if you get back here a little later .. tag me, I will likely still be around. Otherwise ... catch you tomorrow. And I will try to pick out a few photos I have taken over the years, which are good enough for general display.

Sorry for having to leave so abruptly but my heart rate was getting in the 140"s so it was panic attack mode almost but the med I took, and I had some outside assistance, not quite medical assistance but very close and I think I have it under control now .
Hmm it's odd I say that and I just am in checking in my smart watch and it says I'm in the mid 80's so it's all good for now and I feel physically better.
