@Emelia8thanks Em that's such a cute picture, I'm not really ok , no even close, much going on too much to even deal with, but I have my support team around me, are we are fighting through each day.
I haven't been here much, I'm just not up to it. Not up to much. But please take care of yourself, and my good friend @NatureLover whom I miss and all the other kind people here please take good care of each other.

You're probably sleeping now so hope you're sleeping well and keeping well,you're right I do have so much going on and here at the boarding house, just fighting it hour by hour to get through the nights and days, I miss our chats on here, please take good care of yourself.

I miss talking to you, and am concerned for you, but I understand that you need time away at the moment to try to deal with stuff. I'm really glad you have such good professional support.
Thank you for your kind words, I'm doing OK. I really hope that your sleep is OK, what I mean is, that you're able to get 4 hours a night if possible...I think of you lots and hope that things are manageable and not too horrendous, and can improve soon.
