I know we've always been straight up, which is why I told you what would happen if you are at red, my dear friend - so you can decide what you want to do about mentioning it. Also, I can't help at all if you are at red anyway...it's beyond what a friend at a distance can do. 😞

@NatureLover we've always been straight up with each other and I don't want that to change now. Earlier about an hour ago I would say I was pretty much red, but it's calmed down now back to orange.
I'm just laying on my bed, no t.v. no music just laying here .
I know I see my doctor tomorrow and my therapist.
And you're here,...So I will be ok I think

OK, Lee...well done my friend, I am so glad you have managed to bring it back down from red to orange. 🙂 I know you spend a lot of time at orange and can handle it, even though it's not good at all.
I haven't forgotten your two appointments tomorrow, back to back...will that be stressful for you, having them both in one day?

@NatureLover yea it might be tough, they are close together too. And Friday I have a meeting with my new case manager 9-11am then at 1 i have a,lung test at 2 so another busy day .

Oh gosh, that's a long meeting with your case manager on Friday, 2 hours, and starting at 9am too...then do you have to wait around for the test at 1pm, or can you come home in between? @Lee71
And did your case manager get back to you last night /today?
