First message i sent my case worker was to ask if I could talk to her about something , she responded saying yes. So I sent a message back kimds saying how I am feeling right now, I've had no response, she is probably busy with work or something but I just ...I just don't know

I actually hadn't realised I had been nearly 3 hours away, Lee...but yes, you mustn't worry if I am away for a few hours. I know it's your paranoia playing up, so I will try to tell you in future.

I'm disappointed for you that she didn't respond to your second message... I'm not quite sure of the role of a case worker, but as she said you could talk to her, I hope she will still respond. Do you need to talk to someone tonight? A Chat counsellor, I mean?
