@Former-Member @Former-Member Your forum friends are indeed here alongside you. Tiredness and sadness are a bad combination that I'm familiar with. They make recovery extra challenging. I can also identify with the constant changing (yes I'm improving, no I'm not!).,,,,,,,... In a complete change of topic, I'm enjoying the incredible full moon tonight (but then again, maybe it's impacting on mood!). However, Moonshine might be what we all need right now (re my earlier post - that's not a drug btw!!)

Thanks @MDT we've watched Hinterland but I'll look into Babylon Berlin. Weren't you planning on going to Berlin last year? At least you're change of plan meant you avoided COVID-19.

@MDT you might like the other Welsh one with subtitles that we just finished "Hidden" on Stan but actually we didn't like it! My husband says "Tell him about Line of Duty" (Netflix, the English version not the American one). A couple of episodes have Keely Hawes (from Spooks) & she delivers this fantastic line .....

I swop around my probiotics anyway, @Sam3 , so brand names won't help you I don't think, even if I could remember them all...
