feel like telling people why the fuck arnt they talking to me? this is directed at my family members whom Ive reached out to but they are not wanting to talk at the moment,anxiety,I told off my youngest brother as well to regain a sense of control of my crap emotions

ok now I feel like deleting tinder

doing some risky behaviour ,unfortunetly Im making the mistake of still being on tinder to use as an outlet to get over things that have happend on tinder,feel the need to talk to family but of course some things need to be kept to myself mainly an addiction to looking on tinder which feels embarrasing and sneaky but at the same time how is it you can enjoy something even when you know its not good for you

being bad playing out sexual fantasies with a total stranger is this normal or a sign of my mental health going bad,feel like sex is on my brain cant find anywhere else to post this ,its very personalsorry for being so honest
