Hi @Sam3 , nice to meet you. To answer your question, I reckon probiotics do help with my mood. And Vitamin D does too (I have Seasonal Affective Disorder).

Don't mind me.... that blubbering pile of soggy tissues is just me curled up in the corner having a crisis of confidence

i feel like such a failure for no reason what so ever today

I just can't keep up with my head at the moment.... one minute I think I am getting better... life is looking brighter... I am on my way up and out of this hole... then the next I am drowning in soggy tissues and unable to function.....

the peri menopausal hormones aren't helping.... I feel like have a constant case of PMT and hormonal psychosis
