Well that's most impressive (and have you done the icing yet?) 😀 @MDT- good on you (maybe I'm feeling inspired to do likewise?!??? but am currently at the skatepark with my 10yo for whom I'll be making a cake for his birthday later this week 🎂 ). I enjoyed the Dvorak message too. Is Zoe the primary school teacher still in the forum do you know?

Hello @Lostandalone @MDT @Maggie @Former-Member @The-red-centaur Thanks for starting this thread - I think it was @Lostandalone (we have the same profile pic btw). Would it be ok if I hang out here occasionally? I was going to introduce myself but then I overthought it - typical me! I've done heaps of things to try to improve living with depression on & off (mostly on actually!) for the last 6 years. I've got heaps & heaps to be grateful for but I'm pretty sick of the effort involved and the chronicity of this condition. I'm guessing I'm not alone in that😉 Hopefully we can empathise & encourage each other from our lived experiences. On a lighter note, since arriving at the town skatepark there are now 16 kids under 12yo (only 2 girls!). Hope others are also able to enjoy lovely weather if they have it... just realised that this skatepark is not COVID-friendly (but it was closed for a time).

@MDT you are making me SO hungry (& thirsty). Sadly my handbag here at the skatepark only offers me an apple and pepita seeds - would love a muffin & cuppa. Btw does anyone have any positive experience with addressing gut health (probiotics etc) & mood? @Lostandalone @Maggie @Former-Member @The-red-centaur
