The safe room- somewhere to just come and sit.... offload... feel supported

Is anyone else triggered by the recent news in the media. I think it will become a huge story and can feel my anxiety building up. As much as I am trying to avoid it, it seems to be all over the tv and social media.

I think i know of the story and its so complex and tricky whenever children are involved its somehow harder. i cant stop thinking about it either.
