Hello all ....

I decided to open up a safe room

somewhere we can just sit.... talk if you need... offload a worry or two...:check on your friends ...: and feel safe....

it is a side room to the worry room ....

let us know you are here so we can sit with you

please note that there is not always someone here physically.... but we are here virtually so it may take a while for someone to acknowledge you

Gosh! Long story. Wouldn't know where to start. CPTSD, anxiety. You name it. Lots of traumas etc. what about you @Bow

i had a lot of diagnosis 12+ yrs ago, life was ok for a while, but have spiralled recently.
