It all feels too much

Hearing you @Former-Member and really sorry to hear that thats been your experience here 😔 To open up about past traumas, and not get a response would be devastating for you. I do see a lot of support for you around numerous threads that you visit regularly. And I also see you giving a lot of support as well.

I note that you do not have a personal support thread. Do you think it would help, if you did? Just a thought.

i cant shake these feelings the feelings deep in my core i feel so misunderstood by those around me i want to escape i want to run i want to sink but i feel trapped i wish this life was different i wish this life was over i long for a place im yet to visit
