it is so lovely of everyone here to check up on each other, even if they there not online at the time.
I don't know about you, but for me it's the different layers to my mi that get me.

somethings I can cope well with and push through. But even today I am shaking, look like a Zombie ( it shows in my eyes, when unwell) and it's such an effort to come on here. But I really wanted to 'see you' to let you know that if there's anything you need to vent please do. We all care 🌷

Thought I would go to a local GP clinic has I felt I needed to.

It was a 20 min walk so that was good, made me get out. We have the one mobile and car between us and husband is out today with both. Plus he doesn't see the need to go see anyone. I'd, what can they do?

Didnt expect to see someone as I am a new patient. Waste of time! The GP was very old and kept having micro sleeps. Wanted to know if there was anything a GP could do for me without prescribing medication as I don't take any. He said to go to the library and look at joining groups or going to a church then NO. Told him through tears that I wasn't able to join anything. He said that he wasn't the person for me and to see someone else. At least he was honest.
