I can't anymore..

Hey all. First timer.. long story shortish. 28 years old.

First attempt at 10yo.

Starting punishing self started about 12yo.

Eating and body issues around same time.

Been with boyfriend Damn over 10 years.

He has lived thru 4 more attempts, depression, not eating etc for that long.

I still don't eat really always depressed he accepts.

Been to hospital twice past 2 months (coworkers called, lifeline called)

Discharged myself in under hour.

I am wanting advice on how to get help when I'm unwilling to ask in person?

Contacted someone new.

They offered to take me to gp.

I said no thanks and blocked them.

What is wrong with me

Heh trying to contact online chat or txt chat at 130/2am is impossible unless I call triage or phone lines direct? I can't.. is there no online support for insomniacs?

Was told to post here by Victoria ed/butterfly effect due to anxieties getting help for very very long term ed problem that aren't as obvious as others and due to lying/hiding, can't phone call. . Working up courage to go to gp.

Is there a proper ed forum? Cheers

No one else cares/normalized. So don't care. Happy birthday to me. I'm alone cause boyfriend forgot to put leave form in. And no present from bf/father again cause "didn't have time" again. A year isn't long enough? Oh well. Hope y'all well

You said "what is wrong with me". I'm not sure, but I could give you a thesis on what's wrong with mental health support that makes people feel broken for responding to existence in really human ways. Plus, what's with "here's our number" and "I'll take you to the GP" in response to "I'm scared and need XYZ help for it to be effective"? Massive dickheads. You're marvellous for staying alive in the face of that shit.

NDIS can pay for stuff. It can be an interesting journey to get onto it. I'm not on it, but I know a bit about it. If you're fed up with bureaucracy, the NDIS will impress you even more. It can be life changing for some. Might be worth exploring, might not. Let me know if you have specific questions about it.

I see that you "can't anymore" and raise you a "but you're doing it, even though it sucks and you feel like death warmed up".
