Have you heard from either of your boys this morning yet? Really sorry you had such a disrupted and upsetting night. Did you end up getting a few hours sleep once your son got home? Sounds like a quiet day is in store for you today. Maybe a sleep at some stage.
Back from the vets, minus poor little Holly. Now I just have to wait.
So hard with her not here ... normally she's everywhere ... now I'm at a total loss. No little girl watching my every move, no little Holly trailing along by my side every move I make. No little Holly to talk to. I so hope she's going to be okay.

My son went to work as he was fearful of repurcussions I guess. Hopefully he'll be ok and they will keep an eye on him. He finishes at 6 tonight so he can rest then.
Can't get in touch with my boy ☹️ it's a struggle to wake him every day so I'll keep trying. There with you holding your hand, praying for little Holly for the best outcome x

Hoping your boy is getting a good rest after what was a long and difficult night. Is his support worker in with him today? If so, perhaps they have gone out for the morning.
Glad your son was able to make it to work today, even if it would have been advisable not to. I can understand his concern about possible loss of job, as he is only a recent employee. Hopefully his workmates keep an eye on him.
Its good that his shift finishes at 6pm ... good for him, but also your other boy.
Do you head home tomorrow? Should be another hottish day, so try to find somewhere cool to relax.
I miss little Holly soooo much.

My boy finally answered the phone after hours of worrying @Emelia8
He was supposed to work at 11 but that didn't happen. His support worker is due at 4 and his brother due home about 7. He's not in a good frame of mind. This has been both the first and will be my last trip in three years as it's been way too stressful sadly. I hope by now you've had a call from vet?

Okay, so I can pick up Holly about 4pm. The vet nurse said the surgery is all done and she is waking up nicely @Anastasia
Told me the vet will talk to me when I come in. I hope thats just to do with after care and follow up, rather than any bad news.
Given the issues you've had with your boy while away, and the severe anxiety you endured as a result, I can well understand you not wanting to go away again. 😔
But hopefully that will change soon. 🌷
A quiet drink by the pool later sounds lovely.
