Changing meds

Im struggling how I'll come out it this time @NatureLover I feel beaten, no fight left.

Whats the point? I'm just a burden on my Mum and have nothing else in my life to live for. I see no future. Just more miserable torturous days ahead. I've cried nearly all day, so hopefully I will sleep tonight. This is no way to live

I'm sure your mum doesn't see you as a burden, @WIP . I know you feel as if you have no fight left today...I'm hoping that like you said, you'll be exhausted from crying and sleep well tonight, and will wake up with some fight tomorrow. I know how exhausting it is to keep fighting...but I think you can come out of this, like you did before.

For months now, Mum has been showing signs that's she 'just doesn't know what to do with me', so I do feel like a burden to her and she'd be better off without me causing her grief.

@WIP I was wondering if it was worthwhile for you this afternoon to call a helpline so you can work through some of these feelings one on one with someone ...no pressure just a suggestion as we are able to sit with you and listen but that darkness is such a tough place to be in that someone trained to help might be a good option.

Might be a good idea to call crisis helpline this afternoon, as I'm clearly not coping.

You are definitely not bothering us @WIP and we are here to listen but we are also not trained professionals and can only do so much. If listening is all you need to get through then keep posting but if you need that closer one on one support then please reach out to a helpline.

@WIP I think there's a difference between not knowing what to do about someone's mental health, and them being a 'burden'... I know your mum wouldn't be better off without her only child, she would be completely crushed.

And you haven't been "bothering" us...that's what we're here for, to offer peer support 🙂
