Changing meds

Hi. I battled MDD & acute anxiety nearly all of my adult life. I've been on numerous different SSRIs, SRNIs, antipsychotics, tried rTMS & ECT. Am addicted to a benzo for my anxiety.

I am in the process of swapping out from a SRNI to a MAOI and the wash out period is hell. I really don't think I'm going to make it. This is the darkest place I have ever been.
I have no family support, honestly no friends, not able to work & are completely isolated.

i don't feel my medical team actually care much anymore, they are overwhelmed by new clients because of covid.

i hardly sleep, but the last thing in my mind before I do, is how much I want to die. It's the first thought of the day when I wake up.

what if this new medication doesn't work either??

Hi friends,

Due to some of SANE's website rules & regulations, I will be taking a break from the forum.

I'll have to continue fight this battle on my own

Oh noooo @WIP ... I am so sorry to hear that sweetie. I dont know what to say, as I dont understand. You should not have to do this on your own ... its so unfair!

Please be okay @WIP and lean on your new MH support team as you need to. I feel really upset for you. Please come back to us as soon as you're able to.

Heaps of love to you @WIP and cuddles for Levi. Will miss you lots.

I feel really let down by a moderator of the Forum, who overreacted and has made me feel

not welcome.

I need help and support from my forum family, but feel unwelcome for how something I wrote was interpreted.

@Anastasia is right ... we need each other here. We are a team, a family ... and together we are stronger.

@WIP I know you need to do what is right for you, as hard as I find it to accept that you have to take a break. 🌷 Could be worth talking to one of the managers tomorrow before making any decisions?

Dont want to see you go, just when you are clearly very vulnerable and in obvious need of support from your friends here.

I need you guys, but I don't feel welcome anymore, as I didn't obey rules.

I was finally starting to settle down a bit, now my anxiety is thru the roof &'I'm bawling my eyes out, feeling rejected.

No sleeping again for me.
