Going to go for a visit to Mum and Dad's.

I want to see how he's feeling about going to a restaurant for NYE and say hi as we haven't seen them for a couple of days. Your Mum should be there soon I would imagine @WIP ?

You are so loved here on the forums & I'm so glad you responded to me. I often hope in anticipation that you will respond at times, as you are so wise and heartfelt with your responses.

I know how tough things are for you (in some ways your hubby reminds me of my Dads behaviour - ie, tea on the table by 6.30pm, mannerisms, regular behavioir), but that's only a small trouble you have in the big scheme of things. I just know you are going to be ok, I can just feel it.

I hope everyone's afternoon was ok.
I'm so pooped now. I was so sick of feeling useless and not achieving anything other than the usual chores, so I went and helped clean d's friend's house, who's been unwell. Came home and felt overwhelmed with what needs doing here. Oh well. At least I feel better about helping someone else. I still have to hang my 3rd load of washing out. Oh and I'm starving. Need to see what's for dinner. I skipped lunch. Thought I'd better get out before I changed my mind.

Yes, it is a constant concern with d @Emelia8 There's no cure, but I try to switch off from it as much as possible. 😢
