I am not coping well at the moment. I feel like my mental health is like a roller coaster going really fast. Moods are constantly switching so are my alters.
I feel like I'm stuck in my own thoughts at the moment and feel like I can't escape them. My panic attacks are becoming more frequent than usual. Feeling numb aswell.

Awwe, Ella that is so cool we love baby sloths and Kimmy wants to own a bunny but she can't. Families can be hard sometimes can't they Ella. But you are doing a good job looking after Candy, does Candy like hugs sweetie? If she does can you give her one from me. 💜Nikki

Nikki - we have tried her coping strategies but them seem to be chasing after her and it's scaring her because of Imogene she is really present. It's really upsetting For candy

Will you be safe with Imogene being present honey? I am going to sit with you and Candy for as long as you want ok Ella. I found a horse video and I am going to share so you can see the pretty horses but the man talking is a little annoying you might want to turn the sound down if you can honey. 💜Nikki

Nikki - we will be safe with Imogene present, I just got to monitor candy, we are safe still. She is currently crying because she doesn't feel great and her phone isn't working so she can't reach out to helplines but we will be okay and safe. 💕

Nikki - candy is crying again. Life is stressful at the moment.
her family are now only trying to help but she doesn't trust them. They don't understand MH.
She is safe and sound in her safe tent with her weighted blankie and magical slothy.
she wants life to get better.

Ella, life can get better for you and for Candy. I am glad she is safe in her tent, with magical sloth and her weighted blankie. Well at least they are trying to help her now. MH is really hard for some people to understand Ella, Izzy's family don't really understand either and it can make it really hard sometimes. You are doing a wonderful job little one. 💜Nikki
