I am not coping well at the moment. I feel like my mental health is like a roller coaster going really fast. Moods are constantly switching so are my alters.
I feel like I'm stuck in my own thoughts at the moment and feel like I can't escape them. My panic attacks are becoming more frequent than usual. Feeling numb aswell.

Nikki- candy is still struggling but she is coping, I'm okay. We are doing breathing and grounding techniques

Candy is really struggling tonight and we don't want to push her limits more and make her more upset than she is because of her family.

Nikki - we will be around abit longer but will be on and off because I've got to try and get candy to take her night medication as she doesn't like taking it. It's stressful some nights. You can stay and chat chat Nikki if you are free?
Candy is just having a really rough night at the moment..

I know how it is with night meds as Izzy doesn't like to take hers either. 😞 Hopefully Candy will take her meds soon and you can get some rest. I won't be around much longer honey as I have to get Izzy's to take her night meds and they work pretty quickly. But I will say good night before I go to bed. @Fluttershy1
