I am not coping well at the moment. I feel like my mental health is like a roller coaster going really fast. Moods are constantly switching so are my alters.
I feel like I'm stuck in my own thoughts at the moment and feel like I can't escape them. My panic attacks are becoming more frequent than usual. Feeling numb aswell.

@Snowie @outlander @Maggie - I have just been diagnosed with BPD, I'm so scared and overwhelmed by it all. It's very scary and upsetting.

@Fluttershy1 I don't have BPD but theere are plenty of members that do.
As with any diagnosis it will take some time to adjust to it.
Know doubt you are scared and upset.
